When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that processing does not occur on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. public holidays.
Once your order is processed, delivery takes 5 to 12 business days to arrive at your address in the United States.

Why is my tracking number not showing any information?
Tracking information becomes available once the package is handled by the carrier. However, there may be a slight delay in updating the tracking data. We recommend checking again after a few hours.
